Delivery Estimates
• UAE: 1–3 business days
• GCC & International: 3–10 business days (customs may add time)

Tracking
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent when your order leaves our warehouse.

Rates & Duties
• Shipping rates appear at checkout.
• International orders may incur customs duties/taxes payable by the recipient.

Address Changes
• If you need to change the address, email support@reveh99.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

Lost / Delayed Parcels
• If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier and then email us. We’ll help where possible.
