We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Size Exchanges (Sleepwear’s Only)
• Exchanges are allowed for PAJAMAS & NIGHTWEAR only within 5 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
• One-time exchange per order; exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Customer is responsible for shipping the item back and for the re-delivery fee.
• If the requested size is unavailable, we will advise the next restock date or suggest alternatives.

No Exchanges or Returns For
• Bedding (for hygiene reasons)
• Final sale or promotional items

Damaged / Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged or incorrect, email support@reveh99.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

How to Request an Exchange
Email support@reveh99.com within 5 days of delivery with:
1) Order number, 2) Item name, 3) Size you want.
We will reply with the return address and next steps.

Notes
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Items returned with signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, pet hair, or without tags will be declined and sent back.
